TELL US ABOUT THE VENUE:
“Our cliental are revered from the moment the gated entrance welcomes them in. You feel special in every sq. foot of this venue.
We have 3 ceremony sites to choose from, the upper lawn which is fully turfed and overlooks the pond, fountain, and waterfall, then lower lawn- which is our biggest site and holds up to 400 people, and then our upper deck on the venue, which holds up to 300 and has a beautiful view of the property as well. The reception holds up to 400 guests seated inside and our accommodations on site sleep up to 40.
We really wanted this to feel as though it were a resort-style getaway!
TELL US ABOUT THE VENUE (CONTINUED):
“The property features more iconic scenery than any other in the United States such as a pond waterfall, a fountain, helicopter pad, grooms lodge, photo barn, beautiful animals, and the list goes on..”
The Revere offers some exceptional services. What are some of your favorite experiences available to couples planning their wedding?
Why do your send off in your car when we could do it from our helipad with a helicopter send off? Why leave the property to go get your morning coffee when our dedicated concierge are there to help with any services you need?
When you have your event at the Revere, it is the full 30 acres exclusively to yourself and we want the couples booking with us to have a luxury experience from beginning to end.
We LOVE that our venue offers so much that we are able to give- come spend a whole weekend and enjoy the entirety of what the Revere has to offer rather than having a single day. Make it an event to remember forever!
What is your favorite wedding planning advice?
Always go back to what matters most to both of you.
As the Revere's in-house Day of Coordinator and planner, I always like to tell newly engaged couples two things…
1. Soak it all in!
Every bit of it goes by so fast and this is such a special time in life. Take all the pictures, have all the showers and parties, and debrief every bit of it together. ENJOY it all!
2. It is YOUR day. That is what matters.
If there is something traditional that doesn't really stick out to you as something you want to do at your wedding, then don't worry about it. Do something unique to you. If all of the traditions are something you value, do every last one! What you as a couple care about is what matters on your big day.
I also tell my brides that it is important to determine the top things you care about, ask the groom his top 3, and try to cross-reference to see where you land. If you both really care about the band or DJ, splurge on that! If something else is lower on your list of priorities, then prioritize that less. Always go back to what matters most to both of you
